WHAT'S TO COME AT EVERLEIGH IN 2024
Everleigh is set to celebrate some significant milestones in 2024, ranging from the opening of a new $6 million AFL clubhouse and cafe to our community’s first off-leash dog park.
Alongside these exciting new projects is a line-up of vibrant community activities that have been created to bring our residents and the wider community together as we continue to grow.
Here is a list of just some of the new developments and events to look forward to at Everleigh this year:
Off-leash Dog Park
After much anticipation, Everleigh’s first off-leash dog park is expected to officially open in early 2024.
Our four-legged community members of all shapes and sizes will enjoy running around together in the 4,000sqm fenced space that includes designated areas for both small and large dogs.
To celebrate this milestone, Everleigh developer Mirvac will be hosting a special dog-friendly event. Follow Everleigh on Facebook and Instagram to hear more about this event soon.
Everleigh Sports Park Clubhouse and Café
The new $6 million Everleigh Sports Park Clubhouse and café is well-underway since starting construction in November and is shaping up to open in mid-2024.
The new state-of-the-art facility will become the home ground for local AFL team Greenbank Giants and complete our community’s $16 million competition-grade AFL precinct, following the opening of our MCG-sized AFL oval and Auskick field in late 2023.
When complete, the new clubhouse will feature two buildings, with two sets of unisex change rooms to cater for back-to-back games, unisex umpire rooms, a club room, public toilets and a 130sqm café tenancy.
Wellness in the Park and Community Activities
Our vibrant schedule of Wellness in the Park activities, brought to you by Everleigh developer Mirvac, offers residents and the wider Logan community a chance to connect at a range of free and low-cost activities in and around Everleigh in Greenbank.
From yoga to group fitness classes and senior coffee groups, there is plenty on offer to suit all ages. You can explore our events, hosted by Enriching Communities Greenbank, here.

Upcoming Land Releases
Everleigh continues to attract a vibrant range of homeowners, with 616 homes already completed and occupied in our community by approximately 1,540 residents, and 102 more homes set to start construction soon.
